Delete your account or data

You can ask us to delete your Urban Gallery account, any data associated with you, or both — whether or not you’ve ever signed in. Use the process below.

If you have an account

When we process an account-deletion request, we remove:

• Your Supabase Auth account (email and session records).
• Your saved tours.
• Your Patron purchase records (your user ID, the product purchased, the purchase token, the order ID, and the timestamp). Patron status is lost when the account is deleted; Google Play handles refund eligibility separately under their refund policy.
• Any waitlist entries that share the email on your account.
• Your submission byline and the link between your account and any pieces you’ve submitted to the gallery. Submitted pieces themselves remain in the public gallery as anonymous Patron contributions unless you ask us to remove specific pieces — list which pieces in the request.

If you don’t have an account

Even without an account, Urban Gallery may hold minimal data related to you — most commonly an anonymized crash report if something in the app misbehaved on your device. You can request deletion of that data too. Let us know what you’d like removed (e.g., “crash reports from my device”) and any identifier that helps us find it (email from a waitlist sign-up, approximate timestamp, device model).

Urban Gallery does not collect personal data beyond what you provide during sign-in or waitlist sign-up. Our full privacy practices are in our Privacy Policy.

What is retained

Anonymized crash reports (via Sentry) are kept for up to 90 days for debugging. These contain no personal identifiers — app version, device model, OS version, stack trace — and cannot be linked to you once your account or waitlist entry is removed.

How to request deletion

Email seth@backroomstrategies.comwith “Delete my account or data” in the subject. Tapping the link above opens your email client with the message pre-filled.

We confirm receipt within 3 business days and complete deletion within 30 days of the request, as required by applicable law.
